I have known Steve Margolis for almost seven years and have worked closely with him as a Board member of the Copper Hill Village Association for the past two and a half years. He has managed our community since 1988.
I have found Steve to be extensively knowledgeable in his capacity as Community Association Manager for our organization. He is conscientious and works with Board members and especially unit owners to promptly respond to any queries they may have and follows up with any decisions of action that may have to be taken. He conducts frequent on-site inspections to record what issues have to be addressed at our monthly Board Meetings.
